Nutrition as primary prevention of communicable diseases?

چکیده
ÄlĂĄnek je pĹipomĂnkou, Ĺže vedle klasickĂ˝ch hygienickĂ˝ch protiepidemickĂ˝ch opatĹenĂ existuje moĹžnost prevence sdÄlnĂ˝ch (nakaĹžlivĂ˝ch, infekÄnĂch) nemocĂ, ale i nesdÄlnĂ˝ch, chronickĂ˝ch chorob, ĂşÄelnÄ zamÄĹenĂ˝mi výŞivovĂ˝mi programy. JiĹž od starovÄku, kdy pĹĂÄiny ani podstata nemocĂ nebyly znĂĄmy (takĹže nemohly bĂ˝t k dispozici pĹesnÄ smÄrovanĂŠ lĂŠky, natoĹž antibiotika), byla jedinou moĹžnostĂ, jak pĹedchĂĄzet a lĂŠÄit nemoci, Ăşprava výŞivy. NutriÄnĂ podpora zdravĂ se sice mnohokrĂĄt osvÄdÄila, pro historii medicĂny typickĂŠ, obÄas na to zapomĂnalo. Hippokrates (460-377 pĹ. n. l.) si uvÄdomoval vĂ˝znam výŞivy zdravĂ, kdyĹž pĹipomĂnal: "KdyĹž nevĂĹĄ nic o stravÄ ÄlovÄka, mĹŻĹžeĹĄ porozumÄt jeho nemoci?". AutoĹi zde pokusili poukĂĄzat nutrice, kterĂĄ vĹždy obsahuje antigeny pĹĂmo indukujĂcĂ imunologickou pamÄĹĽ v naĹĄem nejvÄtĹĄĂm orgĂĄnu imunity, lymfoidnĂ tkĂĄni tÄsnÄ nasedajĂcĂ stĹevo (GALT), imunity specifickĂŠ (adaptivnĂ), tak takĂŠ, bylo nedĂĄvno prokĂĄzĂĄno, nespecifickĂŠ (pĹirozenĂŠ). Ve svĂŠ podstatÄ znamenĂĄ tedy pĹijĂmĂĄnĂ potravy jejĂ výŞivovĂŠ hodnoty takĂŠ neustĂĄle probĂhajĂcĂ vakcinaci.
